Before you can access the Pack-a-Punch machine, you'll need to restore power to the map, help Elvira recover her Spell Book, and charge a mystical vial using zombie kills. Once completed, you'll gain access to the Pack-a-Punch portal, allowing you to upgrade your weapons for $5,000.
Step 1: Restore the Power
Your first objective is to activate the power.

Step 2: Recover Elvira's Spell Book
With the power active, travel to the diner near the spawn area. Inside, head to the back wall beside the Ghost 'N Skulls arcade machine and open the hidden wall panel to reveal Elvira's Spell Book.
Pick up the book and take it to Elvira in her studio.
Speak with her and she will reward you with an empty vial that will be needed for the next step.
Step 3: Charge the Vial
Next, head over to the Marketplace and locate the Cleaver, which is embedded in a dead shark on one of the counters.
After collecting the Cleaver, use it to score melee kills on zombies. Each kill will slowly charge the vial, although radioactive zombies and special enemies such as Crogs will fill it much faster.
Once the vial is completely charged, return to Elvira and hand it over.
Step 4: Activate the Portal
After receiving the charged vial, Elvira will leave her chair and begin following you.
Guide her to one of the blue spiritual portal circles found around the map. These can appear in several locations, including outside her studio, near the diner, around the campground, or close to the power station. If you're struggling to find one, look into the sky for a repeating lightning bolt effect that marks the portal's location.
Remain close to Elvira while she interacts with the circle. Once activated, a portal will appear.
Step through the portal to enter the Pack-a-Punch chamber.
Using Pack-a-Punch
Once unlocked, you can upgrade any weapon for $5,000.
Keep in mind that after the initial activation, the Pack-a-Punch portal changes location at the start of each round. To find it again, simply look for the large beam of energy shooting into the sky and head towards it.
